    Custom Proposal


    Within 3–5 business days, we deliver a written proposal tailored specifically to your facility — the services we recommend, the scope of work, the timeline, and the investment. No generic packages.

    Step Three

    Agreement & Kickoff


    Once you are ready to move forward, we execute a consulting agreement and Business Associate Agreement (BAA), collect your initial payment, and schedule a kickoff call to confirm the scope, key contacts, and communication cadence.

    Assessment & Discovery


    We begin with a thorough review of your facility's current compliance standing — inspection history, existing policies, documentation practices, and any prior findings. For mock surveys, we schedule the onsite visit.

    Delivery & Debrief


    All findings are delivered as professional written reports. We walk you through every finding in a debrief call, answer questions, and help you prioritize what to address first — and how.
