Yvette Eissa, MBA, MHMS, is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Vantage Healthcare Compliance, bringing more than 15 years of healthcare compliance, regulatory, operational, and quality leadership experience across physician groups, urgent care organizations, and health plan environments.

Throughout her career, Yvette has led enterprise compliance and regulatory oversight initiatives for complex healthcare organizations nationwide, including leadership roles with HCA Healthcare, MD Now Urgent Care, Envision Healthcare, Sheridan Healthcare, and UPMC Health Plan. Her experience includes healthcare regulatory compliance, HIPAA/privacy oversight, operational risk management, CMS-related initiatives, quality improvement, audit readiness, and interdisciplinary healthcare operations.

Yvette is recognized for building practical, scalable compliance infrastructures that help healthcare organizations strengthen regulatory readiness, reduce operational risk, and support long-term organizational integrity. She has extensive experience collaborating with executive leadership, legal counsel, physicians, and operational teams to navigate complex regulatory environments while maintaining a patient-centered approach to care delivery and organizational operations.

In addition to her compliance leadership background, Yvette has supported healthcare innovation initiatives, interdisciplinary clinical programs, and operational implementation efforts involving physician collaboration, healthcare research support, and patient-centered program development.

Yvette founded Vantage Healthcare Compliance to provide healthcare organizations with experienced, strategic, and practical compliance guidance tailored to the realities of today's evolving healthcare landscape.

She earned her MBA, MHMS, and BHMS degrees from Duquesne University, graduating with honors.

Developed compliance dashboards and reporting mechanisms to provide executive leadership with visibility into risk trends and mitigation efforts.
